Dhyana Masla, BA, LMT, RYT

Director, Yoga Instructor

Nature is the rhythm of the Divine. A tree does not resist the wind, but flows and grows in accordance with it. I find my passion in nature; in recognizing my intrinsic connection with all that exists and noticing how I meet each experience; in combining the elements to create healing spaces that inspire, educate, remind and reconnect you with your own true nature on your journey towards rediscovering and creating your Self. I graduated from Naropa University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Traditional Eastern Arts with an emphasis in health/healing and Yoga. I'm a registered and certified massage therapist as well as a certified yoga instructor with over 1500 hours of training. My intention is to create a space for you to Be; a space for you to bring your passion, your ideas, your whole Self to be fully acknowledged and accepted as you are. I am a devoted student to life, to yoga, to love... as i know the roles of teacher and student are constantly interchangeable, and that there is always space to expand.

Director, Yoga Instructor

“The essence of our existence is ceaseless transformation.” –The Buddha says. In order for the union between our bodies, minds and souls to thrive, we must be willing to open to the present. This is the amazing gift of yoga. In my experience, the only things we have to fear are the things we don’t greet with opened arms. I am a playful being with a love for the breeze pushing clouds across the sky. I believe everything is connected and we all have different ways of feeling this realization. Teaching Yin Yoga in Boulder, Colorado, has been an amazing platform from which to share this part of my journey with others. I draw from my teachers: Sarah Powers, Scott Feinberg, Carla Stangenberg, The Dalai Lama and many others. I hold a certification in Hatha Yoga. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, & Restorative. I am a thematic teacher who believes the power of yoga is within each one of us. Can we let go and be present with whatever the world tosses our way? Yes, we can, a little bit more, each day. One Love. Om, Shanti, Namaste.

Lifes journey has brought me several gifts. Two of them are my daughters. They inspire me when I witness how Yoga and Ayurveda have shown them how to live a healthy and balanced life. I began the Ayurveda Health Retreat in 2001, teaching Ayurveda and Yogic lifestyles. We have helped thousands of people from around the world. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences from the Vedic traditions of ancient India, the path before us is cleared by the grace of great teachers, physicians, seers from the past who have dedicated their lives to truth. Matt Kapinus, RYT

Yoga Instructor

Matt Kapinus completed his teacher training for power vinyasa in 2007 and has been teaching ever since. In 2009 he quit his well-paying job to devote more time to growing as a yogi and teacher. Originally from Hyattsville, Maryland, he now lives in Boulder, Colorado where he can be found almost any day teaching classes at CorePower Yoga or at The Yoga Pod. His classes have become well-known locally for their creative and challenging flows with a strong emphasis on deep internal presence and self-compassion. With an emphasis on playfulness and self-discovery, he has gathered a pretty sizable local following of students who appreciate his unique style, his eloquence, and his deeply spiritual approach to asana and meditation. He has led several teacher trainings and is a regular workshop assistant to local Partner Yoga pioneer, Elysabeth Williamson, with whom he has had the honor of apprenticing for over two years.
