"Who am I? Who am I really? Who am I really really really, beyond all of my past conditions and experiences, beyond my relationships, my status, and beyond my many titles?!!" This is the courageous question that Yoga asks us in every moment. To be alive is to truly search.
We feel that this sacred tradition of Yoga is far too vast, much too magical, so completely full of diversity, that it can not possiibly be put into one category. We teach from all that we have been taught~ Shivananda, Vinyasa, Hatha, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, Love, full experiences, art, adventure, movement, sound, and unabashed expression!

"The world of YOGA, with its myriad styles and approaches, may be likened to a forest filled with variety and color. Every tree in the forest has the same goal: to reach toward the light. One tree's method is not better than another's. Each species has individual characteristics which enable it to grow to its greatest potential. The various styles of Yoga are unique, yet all serve the same purpose: to grow towards enlightenment." (Described by Patanjali)
